Experience

A Career Built Through Transformation

Two decades of expanding responsibility across operations, technology, and organizational leadership.

Over the past two decades, my career has grown alongside one of the world's largest media organizations as it evolved from Nickelodeon/Viacom, to ViacomCBS, to Paramount, and then Paramount Skydance.

Each stage of that evolution brought broader organizational responsibility, increasingly complex business challenges, and opportunities to build new capabilities. What began in production operations and workflow design expanded into enterprise operations, organizational leadership, AI enablement, cloud transformation, product strategy, and executive leadership.

Throughout that journey, I was repeatedly trusted to modernize workflows, build teams, lead organizational change, implement emerging technologies, and align business strategy with operational execution across increasingly complex organizations.

Technology changes. Strong organizations adapt.

That belief has guided every stage of my career. My focus has never been implementing technology for its own sake — it has always been helping organizations become more effective, more scalable, and better prepared for what comes next.

Leadership Evolution

Every stage of my career expanded both the complexity of the organization I supported and the scope of leadership I was trusted to provide. Rather than changing companies every few years, I helped lead one organization through multiple eras of transformation while continuously building new capabilities, expanding operational responsibility, and developing future leaders.
